This package we have especially designed for owners who are not willing to rent out their properties. If you take advantage of this offer we engage ourselves in keeping your property in good order at any time. This package itself includes the following services:

1. Full organization of property paperwork, communication with the property owner at any time and a monthly report of the property condition;

2.  Key holding service (making 2 sets of keys);

3.  Visiting the property once in a month when unoccupied to make sure everything is fine including:

-         checking the whole inventory;

-         visual inspection of the interior for any obvious defects (cracks) including walls, ceiling, floors, bathroom tiles etc;

-         airing all the premises in the property;

-         checking for pests and vermins and recommending a proper action;

-         checking of lightning, all electrical appliances and equipment, boiler and air-conditioning check;

-        providing assistance for the prevention annual air-conditioning check by the manufacturing company representatives, which is mandatory according to the warranty agreement;

-         checking of sanitary equipment and plumbing, flashing the toilets, running all drains to avoid any bad smells;

Please note that the annual charge does not include the amount of the bills or additional services we represent such as cleaning, laundry, local taxes, consumables, transportation, repairs, insurance costs, health insurances).

 

You can also take advantage of our Anual Cleaning Package which guarantees full cleaning and ventilation of your property once per month, which is essential in order to keep you property in excellent condition. The prices for 1 year subscription are: Studio - EUR 240, 1 Bed Apartment - EUR 264, 2 Bed Apartment - EUR 288, Villas - EUR 360. If you need a single or a regular cleaning service any time please look at our Cleaning & Laundry section. Properties located outside Pomorie, Bourgas, Sunny Beach will be charged EUR 0.20 per km for covering the transportation costs.
